It offers an easy, natural and very effective way to improve your physical condition and tone the muscles of the body, regardless of age, sex or physical ability.
Nordic walking is possible on many types of different terrain, from sea to the mountains, on green summer mountains and on the snowy slopes in winter.
Excursions:
Every afternoon's there are excursions, for every ability to perform together on Nordic Walking paths around countryside, marked trails and off the beaten path of the side valleys.
Trekking:
The valley of Livigno offers a choice of new excursions, to enjoy new sights and emotions. There is plenty of wildlife
to spot alng the way including; mountain goats, deer, marmots, chamois and eagles, all in the stunning scenery offered by glaciers, waterfalls, streams and mountain lakes.
You need:
Trekking shoes (mandatory sole carved), clothing mountain, k-way, sunglasses. It is advisable to bring along your camera, binoculars and / or camcorder. Dogs are not permitted on the excursions. For walks in the Swiss territory
you must bring passport or identity card. A packed lunch and water bottle are also essential.
